Sun Xiaoyong, male, Han ethnic group, professor and MA Supervisor, is from Hohhot, Nei Monggol Autonomous Region. He is the imported talent by “Cuiying Elite Talent Construction Plan” of Lanzhou University and the expert of “National Art Fund Expert Base” of The Ministry of Culture.
