Liu Guizhen, Female, Longxi County, Gansu Province, Member of China Democratic League, Professor of Vocal Music Laboratory of Institute of Music.

 From 1983 to 1987, she studied music education in Department of Music of Northwest Normal University under the guidance of associate professor Chai Ying, and got a bachelor's degree.

Since 1987, he has been working in School of Arts of LZU.
