Liu Jiangtao, male, Han ethnic group, from Zhengding of Hebei province, member of Communist Party of China, associate professor, vice dean, menber of Chinese Association of Accordion, member of Musician Association of Gansu Province.

1986-1990: Bachelor in music at the School of Music, Northwest Normal University.

Teaching at the School of Art of Lanzhou University since 1990.
